  • Board meetings are on even months, third Wednesday beginning at 11am.
 
  • Members must have a minium of 15 rooms.
  • General meetings are on odd months, third Wednesday. Meal price is $25.
 
  • Dues for Hotels are $2 per room annually. Associate dues are $150 per year.
  • Our Board of Directors are elected annually at the last general meeting of the year for two-year terms. There are a total of 9 Directors on the Board. Five voting members constitute a quorum. Click here for a list of current Board Members.
 
  • The Greater Louisville Hotel Lodging Association is a 501(c)(6) organization.
