Board meetings are on even months, third Wednesday beginning at 11am.   Members must have a minium of 15 rooms. General meetings are on odd months, third Wednesday. Meal price is $25.   Dues for Hotels are $2 per room annually. Associate dues are $150 per year. Our Board of Directors are elected annually at the last general meeting of the year for two-year terms. There are a total of 9 Directors on the Board. Five voting members constitute a quorum.
